Subscribers have to opportunity to submit up to 3 questions every month to Phil. Phil will choose multiple questions to answer for you and the entire PHIT Community. This allows you to not only have your questions answered, but also allows you to learn together as a community.
Track your own custom workout or follow along with one of our many workouts already created. Log you sets, weight, reps, and add notes so that you can constantly journal and track your workouts and progress. If you can’t measure it how can you improve it?
